Across the systems below we have moved payment fulfilment off the browser onto the server, closed a flag that let an account make itself an administrator, shut a public answer key, and stopped children's records being readable by anyone who asked. Those are the findings we write up, because they are the difference between software that demonstrates well and software you can leave running.

Custom software questions we get first
- We already have a system. Can you work with it?
- Often, yes — either alongside it or by taking the data out of it. We will tell you honestly when replacing something outright is less work than extending it.
- What happens if we stop working with you?
- You keep everything: the code, the database and the accounts. Nothing is locked to us, and we will hand over rather than hold on.
- How do you handle sensitive data?
- Access rules are enforced where the data lives, so a mistake in a screen cannot expose a record. Our backend and its backups sit in Mumbai, India, and what we keep and for how long is set out in the privacy policy.
