Delivery

Shipping and delivery.

We do not ship anything. CODKRAFTERS sells software and design services, so there is no physical product, no courier, no packaging and no shipping charge — in India or anywhere else.

What you receive is access, or a file. This page says to what, and when. Projects are delivered over weeks; a guide is delivered in seconds, so the two are answered separately below.

What is delivered on a project

Everything is handed over electronically. On completion you receive:

  • Your live website or store, working on your own domain.
  • Your admin panel, with your own account, so you can change content yourself without asking us.
  • The source code for the work built for you, which becomes yours outright on final payment.
  • Any accounts set up in your name — your domain registration, and your payment gateway if the project has a store.

Credentials are sent to the email address you give us. Nothing is posted, and we will never ask you to collect anything.

Guides: delivered immediately

A guide is a PDF. There is nothing to ship and nothing to wait for — it is delivered as soon as your payment clears, usually within a few seconds of leaving the payment screen.

It reaches you two ways, deliberately:

  • On screen — the download appears on the page you land on after paying, so you never have to leave the site to get what you bought.
  • By email — the same link, sent to the address you gave at checkout, along with your receipt. That is the copy you will still have next week.

The link works for 90 days and up to 40 times, which is there to stop a paid link being passed around rather than to ration you. Save the file somewhere you will find it again — once it is on your device it is yours to keep, link or no link.

If nothing arrives, you are not stuck. Check the spam folder first, then email info@codkrafters.com with the order number from the payment screen. If you paid, you get the file — and if we cannot deliver it, you get your money back, which the refunds policy sets out.

How long a project takes

A standard website is usually 2 to 3 weeks and an online store 4 to 6 weeks. Larger builds — an app, an AI system, an internal tool — run longer and get their own timeline written into the quote before you agree to it.

The clock starts the day we have your content, not on the day you paid. That is the honest measure, because we cannot build a page around text and images we do not have yet — and it works both ways: we will tell you what we are waiting on rather than letting a project drift and calling it your fault later.

You see working screens along the way rather than a black box, so delivery is the end of something you have been watching, not a reveal.

If it runs late

If we are going to miss a date, you hear it from us before the date rather than after. There is no automatic compensation for a delay — what there is instead is a revised date and the reason, in writing.

If a delay makes the work useless to you, that is a cancellation and the refunds policy applies: anything paid for a stage we have not started comes back in full.

After delivery

The first year of hosting, security updates, daily backups, bug fixes and support is included in the build price. It begins the day your site goes live, not the day you paid the first invoice.

From year two it is renewed annually — the amounts and what happens if a renewal lapses are set out in the terms.

Something broken in what we built is fixed, not re-quoted. If you want something new, that is a change of scope and gets its own price before any work starts.
